If you are looking for a service to support you but don’t know where to start, then we can help. Our staff will provide you with information, and help make a referral to the most relevant service or support for your needs.
BNC is also a needle exchange, meaning you can dispose safely with used needles and pick up sterile needle packs (including water) during our office opening hours. We are also able to provide condoms.
The Energy Accounts Payment Assistance Scheme (EAPA) provides financial help with your gas or electricity bill if you are unable to pay your bill. You may only access this service once every 6 months. By appointment only.
